EAT WHATS IN SEASON

Winter is here and we have already experienced our first frost; which means our local farm stands have most likely closed for the season. Luckily we have local markets that are carrying fruits and vegetables that are in season in other parts of the country.

Winter is the time we tend to eat more grounding, warming foods and herbs. Potatoes and squash can get boring after the Holidays but make sure to brighten it up with some pomegranate seeds and citrus!

Blood oranges and pomegranates are a personal favorite of mine!
